So welcoming and lovely
Liked: The room was clean, great amount of space, way bigger than I thought it could be, beds were comfy, nice to have a fridge in the room
Disliked: The air corn didn’t work properly

Good but...
Liked: The location, comfortanle bed. Sustainability measures.
Disliked: The plumbing in the bathroom. There was some problem with it and it stinks horribly. It's repulsive.

Centrally located comfortable hotel with...
Liked: Hotel is located inside city, and many restaurants etc. are easily accessible by walking few minutes from hotel. There is easily accessible gated parking for hotel guests behind hotel for additional fee. Room was clean and comfortable. In corridor near elevator there is machine that guests can use to get still or carbonated water for drinking during their stay. Breakfast was good and hotel staff is helpful.

Longer stay this time our...
Liked: Good location just a short walk to the Rynek. On this our third stay here we were given an upgrade to an apartment which was a very welcome surprise. The breakfasts have a wide selection and are of a high standard. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is a good hotel,...
Liked: Very friendly staff. The official checkout time is quite late (12:00) what is a good thing. The bathroom is big enough and comfortable.
Disliked: 1. The parking is paid extra and it is not guaranteed! (So, arriving to the hotel you can never be sure there will be a parking spot)2. The bed was surprisingly small3. There is no bottled water in the room and only empty glass to get the water from the corridor. (Which I realized after being in pyjamas already).4. The breakfast is averge. I mean it is very OK, but not for 60 PLN!5. The A/C does not have temperature setting, but just "up/down" with some led lamps. It works, but requires some experiments to get expected results.Summary: it is a good hotel, but surely overpriced for what is offered.
