Not good

Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: They put me in some other building hundred meters away, should walk at night with luggage, elevator not working, must walk back for dinner or breakfast, very inconvenient, staff did not listen, very very disappointed, bad experience

Exceptional

Liked: The room was nice and spacious. Great view towards the hill and the interior garden. The staff was very pleasant, always with a smile and ready to help. The hotel's location is very convenient to reach the old town, as well as the zoo (30 mins walk in both directions). And the greatest of all was the restaurant. The breakfast was very varied, one could choose anything from eggs to cereals with milk. The dinner menu was excellent, we ate there 3 nights in a raw and were not disappointed. Also the restaurant employees were very nice and accommodated all our requests.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Very nice and spacious room. Quiet and you can see that they pay attention to details. It is not very close to the city centre, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The food at the restaurant is excellent!! Breakfast is specifically good!!!
Disliked: Pillows very flat.
