Very nice stay

Liked: Easy to park in the basement; easy to check-in; nice room, GREAT breakfast
Disliked: A bit too warm in the room (couldn't figure out how to get the aircon cooling it more)

Disliked: Two matraces, we prefer personally one :)

Liked: Good facilities, super confortable and we have coffee on the hallway to our room.
Disliked: A bit far from center, but with the car is only 10min.

Terrific option for short-term business...

Liked: Location is perfect for a short business stay in Heidelberg: Within walking distance of the main station and the conference center. And if you want to visit the old town, it's also within walking distance.The hotel was also very flexibel with changing the dates on short notice! I also liked the online pre-check-in option - no more paper forms and delay at the check-in.

Liked: Comfortable, well located and with a very good breakfast offering
Disliked: Even though the room was clean the standard could be better. The same applies for the condition of the furniture that presented several damage marks, sometimes transversal to the wall as well. Parking in the hotel is of good quality but too expensive! Pillows could be more comfortable

Overall I loved the hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was very very good. We liked it very much. The spread was amazing. The staff were friendly. The location was super. We went to see a late night movie too as the movie hall was so close by. I would definitely stay here when I visit Heidelberg again.
Disliked: About the coffee machine on each floor, enough milk was not there as we wanted to drink Milchkaffee. And my son was little sad as he could not drink hot chocolate because that option was not there.

Nice looking hotel with high...

Liked: Nice atmosphere and style of interior. Good quality of breakfast. Prefect coffee for free on every floor. Tram takes you door to door into city center in 12 minutes.
Disliked: Mattress is too firm and pillow too thin for ‘side-sleepers’ which i did not like
