Liked: Staff: From day one to the last minute, the staff were super friendly, professional, and available when we wanted them.Location: i couldn't ask for a better one.Cleanliness: The place smells amazing from the reception up to the unit. The daily cleaning service was one of the things i chose to stay here for, and it didn't disappoint us.Facilities: gym, jacuzzi, steam room were all great, and i really enjoyed them.The premium 2 bedrooms unit was well organised, spacious, had a wonderful fully equipped closed kitchen, and a great balcony that is overlooking the yarra river with comfy outdoor chairs. Having a dedicated laundry room was one of the best things here.Overall, staying in this place made our trip to Melbourne a better one, and if i visit Melbourne again, i would stay here without thinking twice.
Disliked: Could improve the pillows, and the options available on the breakfast buffet.

Liked: I was upgraded to a premium suite which was amazing. Facilities and location were superb. I really loved the magnesium pool and spa to unwind in. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay. I’ve had better, although it had the full range of fruits/cereals and hot breakfast. I didn’t like the pillows on bed - much too big and hard! I would recommend they replace with normal pillows.
