Love this place!

Liked: I've stayed here before during the pandemic - I chose the hotel for its open balcony then - now I choose it simply because I really like this hotel. It has 24 hour reception, the front desk staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet which I love. The location is central and the views across the city are awesome. It has become my favoured hotel in Melbourne.
Disliked: Only complaint is there is never a tea towel in the kitchen and a dish draining board really is needed so you don't end up with a lake all over the kitchen bench!
