Lovely hotel, will stay here...

Liked: Perfect location. The suite was very spacious, we actually loved everything!
Disliked: There was usually only one employee at breakfast, to prepare the food, set the buffet, clean the tables, so we usually had to wait for some of the food trays to get refilled. Also, regarding quantities, some items were finished early and could not be refilled for the rest of the morning because they didn’t have any more.

Liked: the location of this hotel is amazing!!! right in the center of it all, across the street from the four seasons and the hermes store. the staff was super friendly, and the hotel is really cute. again, the location is why i chose it.
Disliked: the bed was not comfortable, and the room was super basic. but i guess its fine for a night or two if you want to be in the center with a lower price point.

Great central location with friendly...

Liked: The hotel is located right in the city center, within walking distance of all major attractions. There is a metro station just 30 meters away, which makes transportation very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; every request was addressed promptly and courteously.
Disliked: The hotel is quite old overall. Despite being mentioned in the room description, there was no kettle or tea/coffee provided initially. A kettle was given upon request. In terms of infrastructure and service quality, the hotel feels more like a 2-star property rather than the advertised 4-star. The breakfast was also well below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel.
