Exceptional

Other then what I listed...

Liked: Everything was good but would be nice to have pool and sauna and hot tub open till 10pm not 8pm and if restaurant would be open every night. We were resort owners and these are the things I suggest and would think could improve it.
Disliked: I sign in front of building the building were to check in at would be nice. I really would have liked a print out of my bill. Or emailed to me right away. Also showed we had a jacuzzi tub in our room and there was not.

Excellent on all accounts except...

Liked: Great and great
Disliked: I really wish the bar/resturant had been open it was our 5th anniversary and it drastically changed our night by not being open. Pretty annoying but not a trip ruined.

Enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Every staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked. One thing we were missing was quickly provided. The activity center was a fun place to spend a bit of time. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing girls weekend stay!

Liked: The outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot was amazing in December! The sauna is very large as well. Views of the lake were beautiful. The live music at the bar was exceptional! We also really enjoyed the games in the arcade.
Disliked: We had an issue with the wait staff at the restaurant, which we addressed with the manager the next morning.

Liked: It was beautiful! The outdoor, heated pool and hot tub are amazing and the rooms are spacious and gorgeous.
Disliked: We had a negative experience with a staff member. Our jacuzzi tub jet got stuck spraying all over the room and we had water everywhere. Rather than get more towels (ever), she spent 1/2 hour on the phone over-exaggerating the situation to her manager.
