Liked: Most of the staff was friendly, and the rooms were very functional. The location is in close proximity to a lot, though this stretch of the quarter is a little on the sketchy side these days.
Disliked: The big issue we had with the room was that they relocated us after our first night. This was OK, as they had let us know ahead of time, but only after booking the room (the next day). Once you've evaluated all of your options and booked a room, it's very hard to suddenly make a change and start over, so I decided to go with it. As a former Customer Service Professional, I would have done at least a little something for inconveniencing my guest (keep in mind, literally lost 25% of a day, the time from check out at 10am, to check into the new room at 4pm). We had to change our entire plans for the day because of this.Nonetheless, that would have been fine if not for the fact that the water was shut off at 8:30am that day. They told us it would be at 10am. Half of us had not showered or brushed our teeth by that point. The woman at the front desk claimed this was the fault of the city, and that they had called all the rooms to let us know it was happening earlier. None of us heard either phone ring, right next to our heads, three adults who are all light sleepers. Maybe the ringers were off? I had no way to check, since we were already out of the room. But the lady at the front desk claiming she called us when that seems unlikely is extremely unprofessional. The fact that we couldn't even shower after 8:30 was not their fault, but that we had to leave at all, was entirely their fault. A decent business would have done SOMETHING for our inconvenience, especially considering the price we paid.

Liked: We loved everything about it. The setup and the layout of the hotel were great. The staff was great.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like, they didn't have valet parking. They share parking with another hotel, and you take your vehicle there, and the other hotel parks your vehicle for you. Also, you have to walk back to the other hotel to pick your vehicle up. Oh, and there's no complimentary coffee in the lobby even though there is a coffee maker in your...I don't trust using those

Wonderful location and staff. Clean...

Liked: The location was perfect for our four days in April for the French Quarter Festival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always available. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to leave our luggage check free of charge until 3pm on the day we checked out.
Disliked: When we arrived late at night our first room was very musty and we asked to change which the staff accommodated. Our next room was great looking into the courtyard so quiet without street traffic. We had to move again after two nights to accommodate the weekly timeshare changes. Our third room was very nice but was on the street. It had a balcony which was nice for morning coffee but the street noise continued very loud until after 3am.

The location is terrific if...

Liked: The staff that checked us in was terrific. Had great customer service skills.
Disliked: The hotel is infested with rats that we saw in the patio, heard at night and one was in our condo.
