Liked: The property is very clean and the location is perfect! The front desk staff, Holden, is awesome. He was top notch in customer service!
Disliked: The courtyard backs up against an alley, smelling like hot piss and dog poop. There is absolutely no room!

Great, fun, & enjoyable stay.

Liked: It was walking distance to most places we wanted to go and if we couldn’t walk we could catch the trolley at the end of the block. Nice quiet environment in the building.
Disliked: I got excited when I seen a whirlpool bath tub even though it wasn’t on the list of things the apartment had but disappointed that it didn’t work (maybe why it wasn’t advertised). In one of our rooms there was a biscuit in the hide away bed and the other room had used tissues under the couch. The only other thing is in one of the apartments we had to rearrange a little furniture to be able to use both hide away beds and then put the furniture back today before we left. But even with these few flaws I would definitely recommend it to family/friends and would stay here again.

Liked: I loved that the room out did the look & location of the hotel. If the room wasn’t nice we probably wouldn’t have been very happy.We found out the hotel is a time share So there is no room service If something is needed they offered to take it to my room like towels .Staff was nice Didn’t run into any issues only thing is there is limited space in the front to park to unload u have to continue to drive around the block to unload if your lucky u will get a spot to load/unload which was possible after driving around a few times Parking was 2 blocks away which was okay I guess giving that we were able to kinda see down the streets & see what we will be getting into The rooms were clean one sheet was stained but they got us new sheets was nothing crazy I’m sure just a stain that won’t come out bt was fixable.We did come with kids sooooo was a little worried at first given the environment bt nothing bad or concerning happened. Didn’t go to the pool bt pool looked nice from our room. If ur looking to stay in or around French quarter this isn’t a bad place.There was a bar next door we were worried about being able to hear from our room. We didn’t have those issues thankfully . Would go back if needed.
