Liked: The reception staff member was exceptionally helpful when I had a problem communicating with another hotel for later in the week.The hotel was not difficult to find, despite being in a busy part of the city.Even though it was located in a busy part of the city, noise was not a problem and I still had a good night's sleep.
Disliked: Whilst I knew and accepted that breakfast was self service I felt that it was a pity it had to be that way.

It was ok but wouldn’t...

Liked: The breakfast was nice however the facilities felt more like student accommodation then a 4 star hotel.
Disliked: The business and loudness outside was too much. I’ve stayed in many cities but construction outside the hotel was unmanageable. I couldn’t sleep with the noise and the room had no ventilation or air flow so in summer the warmth makes it difficult to sleep without the window open.

Liked: The location was great. Close to everything with walking distance. Clean and tidy rooms.
Disliked: The beds are small and no aircon.English queen size bed is = 120 cm width This is impossible for two people. We got upgraded to another one of their facilities. The bed was 140 cm width.Really hard to sleep on such small beds as a couple.

Awful bedroom not suitable at...

Liked: Great location close to shops and bars and restaurants
Disliked: Corridor stank of sewers on arrival. Awful dark room. Small double bed was not suitable for elderly 80 year old parents. One had to sleep on the floor due to position of bed crammed in a corner so unable to get out. We were checking out 5am asked if they done a continental take away breakfast informed No!! Would not stay again
