Superb

Liked: Good location.The best breakfast which we had in Italy.Refrigerator in the room.
Disliked: There is no kettle in the room.It will be good to have some renovation in the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay

Liked: The location and the breakfast , no kettle in the room but a corner in the hotel where to get coffee and tea during the day.
Disliked: Everything was fine

Highly recommend for families needing...

Liked: Room was very spacious, bright and modern. Huge bathroom and 3 large windows in the room. Quiet and well soundproofed. We all slept well. Complementary water and coffee daily. Room cleaned daily to high standard. Decent breakfast and pleasant staff.
Disliked: Lift wasn't big enough for a double buggy. Had to take the kids out and fold every time. A little outside of central areas but still some nice neighborhoods, park/places to walk and eat nearby.

A good place to stay...

Liked: Location is very convenient. Hotel is close to the city centre, with shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast selection was also wide and the pastries were delicious. The 24/7 coffee corner is a nice touch.
Disliked: The breakfast room tends to get busy and you can expect to wait for a table a few minutes, depending on the time when you decide to eat. The TV internet connection didn’t work and when we asked the staff, it seemed that this was a known issue. It’s a shame, since the TV was practically unusable, because you couldn’t even connect to it with your phone. The cleaning service happened quite late in the day on one occasion (around 5 pm) and we were unable to use the room after coming back from a day trip, which we also found odd. Lastly, at one point, there were issues with the water pressure in the shower and dirty water came out of the shower head. This only happened once and briefly, so we did not report it.

A very pleasant and enjoyable...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The only downside was that it was too hot in the room and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat
