Very good

Liked: Room was comfortable, elevators and staircases were nice, location was great - walkable and centrally located but relatively quiet and set apart from busy hustle and bustle.
Disliked: We paid for parking but it did not work so we still had to pay the garage fee.

Fantastic location, clean rooms and...

Liked: We stayed here during the Fête le Vin (Wine Festival). The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - central to wherever you want to venture to in the City (whether cultural sites, shops or great restaurants) with easy access to the Quais for the wine tasting. We stayed in a beautiful room with high ceilings and air conditioning that actually worked (a Godsend in the middle of a heatwave!) in a separate building to the main hotel.
Disliked: No fault of the hotel but unfortunately, I was sick during our stay. The staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Importantly, it didn't ruin our stay in Bordeaux and in fact, it made us like this hotel even more than we already did.

Lovely hotel and location

Liked: Location was great. Was okay not having one room as we had teenagers and they were good with splitting up. Rooms were lovely. Parking was a short walk away.
Disliked: Stairs when the elevator was not working. We were okay but was tedious after a day of walking.

Disappointed

Liked: It was close to bars, restaurants & trams.
Disliked: I needed to have a lift as I find it very difficult to climb stairs. The details said there was one but didn’t advise only to some rooms. The first room we were offered was also very small. Fortunately the concierge found us a ground floor room which was also larger & better equipped.

Liked: Stunning little hotel within an historic tower building. Beautiful room with attention to detail and big windows overlooking the charming little street that leads onto a promenade of shops and restaurants. Everything you need for a city break.
