Charming small hotel. Perfect location...

Liked: Fabulous location. Right beside lots of little cafes. Main square at the cathedral and hotel de ville was a 200 metre stroll. Two of the tram lines 250 metres away including the A tram to the airport.

Good for location

Liked: Although well located in city centre the street was very noisy in the early morning hours. The bedroom was of a decent size, the toilets were not cleaned and the pillows not of a good comfort. We paid for a superior room but the standard and the service were not matching the price paid.

Liked: STAFF were extremely helpful and accomodating.
Disliked: I booked 2 night stay at Tour d'Intendance via Booking. It was nit a cheap booking, it was close to 300 US$ x 2 nights. When arrived to check in, (carrying a big load and extremely tired from walking about 20 min carrying my bags), I was told my booking was assigned tona different hotel/buikding (it was raining! And I had to go from there to another hotel, tahnk God the kind guy at the front desk took pitty on me and helped me carry some of my bags to the newly assigned hotel THAT BY NO MEANS WAS WORTH WHAT I PAID. The most incredible small room, hot, no AC working and w a tolet super tiny. Very uncomfortable. I felt I was scammed!!! Thank goodness I just booked x 2 nights!!! Stay away from doing your booking of this hotel via Booking or make sure you check ubr actually being assigned the hotel ubr paying for!!! Badly done Booking.com and shame on L'intendance for doing business like this!!!
