Horrible felt very uncomfortable

Disliked: Our bathroom had two towels for 4 adults in a 2 queen bed suite asked for some didn’t receive any until i went to front desk the next day. The pool was disgusting. Alot of police activity!!! Food disgusting tasted like it came from steamed bags. Wouldnt come back honestly

Liked: It was dirty the ac wasn’t working, the lamp shade had no cover the bathroom had phase in the tub. We did change rooms and the same for my son a his wife room was dirty with hair in the tub as well as mine so we just cleaned it ourselves for the shirt stay
Disliked: The host at night was rude and was trying to cancel my reservation and the Roos was dirty I reported twice to booking.com I do have video footage not just photos I tried to send to the email.

Liked: Showed up and got told we( my wife and 8 month old son) didn’t have any reservations. They took my money never refunded my money. Had to go pay another hotel just so I didn’t have to drive 4 hrs home. Dumbest hotel. Desk guy Bp is a as ignorant as they come. Called cops saying we were trespassing and there were 5 families in the waiting area with the same issue
