Disliked: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!Horrible Customer Service.I had pre-paid for the night.My Daughter arrived and the front clerk could not find the reservation or anything at all.Only offered to buy a night with a discount.Said there was no manager on duty or anybody else to help or anything else he could do.My daughter left because of this.I called booking to complain of this situation and ask for a refund since the night that was paid for was not honored.Booking then called and the person magically found the reservation.It was too late, my daughter had left the hotel following the negation of the purchased night.Then the hotel did not honor a request to cancel and refund the paid/reserved night.HORRRIBLE!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Horrible. Would not stay here...

Disliked: My room was FILTHY. When I arrived, there were toe nails scattered on the floor and skid marks in the toilet. I asked to have those things cleaned and they were cleaned again. I then realized my shower drain was clogged. There were, what I believe to be, pubes covering the end of the pen that was left in my room. Hair in the bed. Toothpaste that had been spit on the faucet was not cleaned off. My socks that I used to walk around the room were so filthy and covered in hair that I threw them away. I’d expect this from a hotel I paid $50/night for. Not a hotel I paid THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS/night for.

Liked: The front desk was nice.
Disliked: There was hair in the in the sheets as soon as I moved the comforter back. Opened the drawers and they were dirty. Left within an hour when I checked in. This was at 10:30 at night with a 3 year old.
