Disappointing

Liked: The staff was great and friendly.
Disliked: The floor in the room was coming up and lots of corrosion in the bathroom.

HORRIBLE

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was dirty our ac didn’t work, the shower didn’t work there was mold in the sinks and on the floorboards. Plus the charged us over 120 more then they were supposed to after I canceled the 2nd night due to the condition of the room. And got yelled at when I said the shower and ac don’t work by customer service.

We will stay there again....

Liked: Breakfast was great. Bed’s were great. I miss carpet on the floor.
Disliked: We were in a handicap room and the shower chair had not been moved or mopped under for some time. I used my wash cloth to clean off the seat and cloth was very dirty just mopping under the chair on the floor. I would recommend changing mop water more often.

Liked: Nothing the guy at front desk was very rude I have stayed at quality inn a couple times for work I travel back and forth from Dallas for work and he told me I had to pay a deposit I didn’t end up staying even though I made reservations and already paid I didn’t even get my money back I’m very upset with the way I was treated
Disliked: The customer service was terrible!!!

Liked: The stray cats outside eating the rats. That was cool …
Disliked: I didn’t like the smell. Maintenance and cleanliness weren’t priorities of theirs. Breakfast was bad. Terrible coffee. Front desk lady was intentionally caddy. They use dirty mop water in the rooms. I wouldn’t go back.
