Lovely room, excellent staff and...

Liked: The room was clean, welcoming, bright and the bathroom was very good with a great shower. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, especially welcome as the temperatures outside were over 34 degrees C. The staff was excellent and went over and above to help us and this is definitely not the case with many hotels.

Ideal location to explore Toulouse...

Liked: Location was ideal. A short walk from the station and then short walk to town centre. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Room a little small and could do with a cupboard to be able to unpack suitcase for a few nights stay. But comfy cleean and air con great. Breakfast was lovely and coffee great!
Disliked: Just a bit more space and somewhere to put clothes in.
