Quality Suites Stratford

Middle of the road hotel; it was clean and staff were very nice. It's super close to 95 so ask for a room that overlooks the parking, otherwise you’ll be listening to highway noise all night.

Liked: The staff were nice; it was clean.
Disliked: Shower knob was loose; bad highway noise.

Disliked: Bathroom wasn't clean. Body lotion was open and used. Had to sleep with a sheet. Person at the front desk said "we are out of comforters" and hung up. If you have suites with a pull out, there should be sheets, pillows and a comforter in each room.

I live in Hartford and I was very happy. I didn't have chance to use the pool but next time.

Liked: The lady at the desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room was not yet ready. She suggested that we come back in 30 minutes and recommended some nearby places where we could get food. When we returned, room was ready.

Liked: The breakfast was unusually good and fresh. The person replenishing the buffet was very pleasant and accommodating. We were surprised that the property needed to charge a temporary $100 in case we trashed the room!!! Everything was nice and clean.
