Middle of the road hotel; it was clean and staff were very nice. It's super close to 95 so ask for a room that overlooks the parking, otherwise you’ll be listening to highway noise all night.

Liked: The staff were nice; it was clean.
Disliked: Shower knob was loose; bad highway noise.

Disliked: Bathroom wasn't clean. Body lotion was open and used. Had to sleep with a sheet. Person at the front desk said "we are out of comforters" and hung up. If you have suites with a pull out, there should be sheets, pillows and a comforter in each room.

I live in Hartford and I was very happy. I didn't have chance to use the pool but next time.

Disliked: The pool was not available The bedsheets were wrinkled and the beds were not done properly. The trash can did not had trash bags placed on it.

Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work. Drains wouldn’t drain. And the room smelled dusty. People outside yelling at each other. The rating on this hotel is over rated.
