Quality Suites Stratford

Middle of the road hotel; it was clean and staff were very nice. It's super close to 95 so ask for a room that overlooks the parking, otherwise you’ll be listening to highway noise all night.

Liked: The staff were nice; it was clean.
Disliked: Shower knob was loose; bad highway noise.

We recommend always.

Liked: Food / clean room / the location / customer service at the counter / the breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Will never stay at that location again.

Liked: Unimpressed and I am easy to please.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn't clean. Body lotion was open and used. Had to sleep with a sheet. Person at the front desk said "we are out of comforters" and hung up. If you have suites with a pull out, there should be sheets, pillows and a comforter in each room.

I live in Hartford and I was very happy. I didn't have chance to use the pool but next time.

Liked: Nice and clean and big rooms - more than was expected.

Disliked: First of all I had just walked through the door - 2 steps in and the young woman behind the desk asked me for my ID - I responded by saying - Can I get to the desk first...... I still had another 7+ steps to get to the desk....
