Overall was a good experience.

Liked: Went sight seeing every day and came back to a made bed and a clean room.
Disliked: There was no free breakfast.

Liked: Staff was friendly enough; room was clean enough; bed was comfortable enough; it was good for the price; I'd definitely visit again.
Disliked: The room kind of had a strange smell but I got used to it easily.

Liked: The male staff member that checked us in when we first got there was very sweet Anil.
Disliked: The female staff member she had brown hair I did not appreciate that she assumed we weren’t guest. She wanted to check our room key. I understand the area is not the best but you should never assume. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was less than continental. Yes they had waffles which is standard and eggs but when I’ve stayed at other quality ends or comfort ends or any of the continental breakfast, there is usually fruit muffins bagels oatmeal unfortunately the coffee was watered down my biggest one star review is The continental breakfast and the negative assumption of us not being a guest

Good quality stay

Liked: That there were hot eggs available with the breakfast bar. I like that my room had a sofa, a refrigerator with freezer and the location
Disliked: There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. I mean it was a good quality stay

Liked: Amenities are nice.
Disliked: Staff was TERRIBLE, charged me three times the amount and never did a reverse charge.

Liked: The hotel has seen better days, and is not located in a picturesque part of town, but the room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable, and the staff -- Mona in particular -- was helpful when I needed them. And the price was right -- so I would look forward to staying here again on a future trip.
