Liked: Location was very good. Room was clean. No table and chairs for sitting outside..
Disliked: Hot pool water was cold. No food on premises. Chef was on leave. Spa was closed. Could hardly see any management around. No table and chairs for sitting outside..

Good place to stay

Liked: The rooms are spacious, the check in process is quick and easy and the staff are accomodating
Disliked: Didn’t like so much that you share the outdoor area with everyone, it makes it feel like you’re in a motel not a hotel.

Disliked: In both rooms are stayed at the toilet roll holder was damaged and wouldn’t hold the toiletpaper on wall. the vanity in the bathroom with a spa bath. It’s growing mould and other stuff on the railing underneath vanity. Tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner were bearly enough for one person Lamp sides in the bedroom have a sticky residue on inside and look quite disgusting. There was what looked to be king size bed but was 2 singles pushed together. I was really disappointed. Was an uncomfortable night sleep Staff were really nice except for the handyman his people skills are rude and arrogant. He fixed our tv and blamed us for unplugging something. And was rude when we first arrived as we were running late on check in. Would think twice about staying again as left me and my partner felling uncomfortable.

Liked: Large comfortable and well appointed unit. Covered indoor Swimming pool and gym. Close to shopping centre and restaurrants just a few km down the road.
