Checkin was lackluster at best. No one was at the front desk for checkout. Old hotel with very outdated rooms were not aligned with the cost of the hotel.
Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Location was not clean. Very hard to get ride share at this location.

Liked: Was a really nice hotel - staff killed it.
Disliked: We ended up having two extra people staying with us not thinking it was a big deal, but boy were we wrong. The night man was very disrespectful about charging us an extra 20 dollars per person. I don't know why that matters if there are two beds. He told me it had to be in cash - I didn't have cash! I assume he was going to just pocket the cash and never say a word about it. I asked him to charge my card, oh but they don't have my card on file. I guess when they scanned it upon check in that wasn't enough. Then he tried to say I was sneaking in my boyfriend and he was gonna check his cameras to prove it. I laughed - it was a girl's trip! Then he told me he wasn't going to charge me - instead he was going to go smoke a cigarette. I said OK thank you and as I walked away he decided he is gonna charge. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to. He was just very disrespectful and we won't be returning.

Property is run down and...
Liked: Location only.
Disliked: Property is definitely not up to Booking.com standards. Front desk would not provide our room key because the virtual credit card from Booking.com was not working. I truly believe it was user error. After 45 minutes of waiting, we finally got our room key, because I called Booking.com customer service and had them speak with the hotel front desk.
