Disliked: The 3rd floor halls were extremely hot , the elevator were not working properly, we had to take the stares multiple times and the heat was intense. Told the staff and they did not care. The room requires for you to put your key at the entrance for the lights and AC to work, which mean when you leave all day to do your travel duty and come back tired and exhausted the room is extremely hot and you have to wait until it cools down . Horrible I will never stay here ever again.

Liked: The location was good and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The security lock on the door was broken the shower didn't work the door between bedroom and sitting room was broken there were no washcloths in our room and the entire property smelled and looked like it has been neglected and not maintained regularly

Liked: Nothing , everything was horrible, disgusting.
Disliked: I'm not sending you a photo of some women's underwear we found when we took down the shower curtain.I'd better put it there so you can believe me.It was disgusting.The carpet in the room was super dirty, the power cords were exposed and unsecured, there was trash from boxes and bad TVs in the hallways.the elevator without inspection document.I have never stayed in such a dirty place, bad service, awful 🤮

Liked: There's nothing that I liked. This hotel was such a disappointment. This hotel is holding high ratings and that's false advertisement. This hotel has gone down pretty bad I have stayed in the past and it's nothing like it used to be such a disappointment.
Disliked: This hotel was filthy extremely dirty it look like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. As we entered into our room we didn't get that comfortable feeling you normally get in staying in hotels. We got a feeling of discuss as we enter our room. As we inspected our room we noticed it was Dusty and carpet had not been vacuumed, lack of towels and window curtains dingy and torn up. My husband noticed Roaches on the wall. And the TV remote was broken and taped up with tape we took it to the receptionist because it wouldn't turn on our TV in the room and she saw it was taped up with tape and proceeded to add more tape to it and tried it on her TV and said it worked but I tried to explain to her it didn't work on the TV in the room. And talking about room my view of my room was such a disappointment to see old dingy torn up Flags flying on the flagpoles so heartbreaking. Overall this hotel is such a mess it shouldn't have the high ratings it has. The pictures they have of the hotel is nothing what you will get if you stay there. False advertisement.
