Disliked: The front desk person was rude and charged before getting there since they were booked. Then charged the new card for two night. Money still not back in my card.

Disliked: The hotel was dusty and dirty due to a remodel. I had to change rooms three times before I was given one without construction debris. Note there is no elevator so a second floor room involves a walk up stairs. I declined that room and then was given the dirty ones. The staff wasn't helpful, either and was unaware of clean rooms available.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Just normal with waffles, cereal, milk and juice. Nice quiet and clean. Staff was friendly, greeted us each time. Room was good, clean no issues beds were comfortable. Bathroom a little small but I am a bigger person so it was it is there.

Liked: Basic hotel good value for the money.
Disliked: Hotel was in the midst of re painting and there was some dust and smell associated with that. The carpet in the common areas was old and in desperate need of replacement. Also there is no elevator.

Happy for the price, but...

Liked: Good coffee, endless coffee. Room was very clean.
Disliked: Lots of minor problems with room—refrigerator wobbled, bathroom mirror had a haze/film, towel hook behind door was loose, electric plug on tabletop lamp base was loose.
