Liked: The breakfast was not right, we seem them warm the eggs in the macwave,the Room Tv Didn't Work For A Day Then We had to keep pulling the plug from the back to get it working. And need a sitting area were we can smoke outside.i
Disliked: I was not happy At all

Liked: Breakfast was always fresh and on point. Hotel very clean, and quiet. Staff very friendly and professional. We will book this hotel again.
Disliked: The only shortcoming was that our room phone did not work. The staff did come to try to address it. When that did not work, they offered to allow us to use the lobby phone if we needed it. They went out of their way to help! We appreciated that so much.

Poor Booking procedures

Liked: There was nothing wrong with location, cleanness of the room or the staff upon checking in.
Disliked: What I didn't like was I had paid for two rooms one was supposed to be handicap accessible with two queen beds and a single room not handicap accessible with one queen bed. When I arrived I was told the rooms I booked were unavailable but a single bed handicap accessible room was available and a standard two bed on the 2nd floor. Which my mom travels with a nurse to assist her and needs to be in the same room so she and my mom took the single bed handicapped room and nurse had to sleep on the floor while I had a room with two beds and I was charged additional than what I paid on the site.
