Disgusting!

Disliked: Check out 5 minutes after I checked in. There were bugs in the room, dirty bathroom. All around, disgusting! Got a refund and went down the road to a nicer hotel for half the price.

It was great

Liked: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfast could be better.

Comfortable and reasonably friendly.

Liked: Comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Loved the Mexican restaurant on premises, with reasonable prices and good food. overall, the staff was ready with a smile.
Disliked: 1Wasnt told to call for shuttle 2 hours ahead. Caused a little stress. We were told it would come on the hour and be there 15 minutes ahead. Apparently, a small printed sign on the large desk did mention the 2 hour deal, but wasn't pointed out to us and we missed reading the sign. .2 No hot water available the first night and second day we were there. Alittle uncomfortable, but were had our overall price slightly reduced for the inconvenience.

The accommodations were nice but...

Liked: I liked the size of the room for the price- worked great for our family of 6.
Disliked: I was charged by both the property and booking.com for one accommodation. When I escalated it at the front desk, the staff at first didn’t believe me and then once I showed them my checking account app, they said they would have a manager take care of us the next day but never did. I messaged the property for at least 4-5 days after we left to try to remedy the situation and ended up having to get my bank involved.

Comfortable

Liked: We had to move to another room, because of odor. After moving to another room it was more comfortable for us.
Disliked: Need more varieties for breakfast.

Regretful, but the staff was...

Liked: Proximity to the airport
Disliked: Torn, cherry, upholstery, paint scratched off the wall, the room was in pretty rough shape. And then we found out we paid twice as much on booking.com as they were charging at the hotel. That made us very angry.The AC filters had not been changed and we were breathing horrible air. My daughter picked up some infection in her eye from the sofa, bed, and the food in the restaurant was… Well, the enchilada sauce was more like turkey gravy.

Not worth the money

Liked: Spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed! Nice Mexican restaurant in the building!
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't good, unless you'd like to have waffles. Nasty carpet in the room. Noisy because of the airplanes.
