Amazing and comfortable

Liked: Every morning, the breakfast was excellent. The staff is highly attentive and friendly. Any time we had a request, they addressed it right away a it was like home away from home and the restaurant Las Parilla connected to the hotel is delicious! If you are traveling, definitely stop here.
Disliked: I would say the only thing I did not like was the washing machine and dryer. The dryer did not get my clothes dry even after $6 of quarters. That was the only drawback and one of the tv remotes did not work for the suite tv.

Exceptional

Liked: Room was ready ahead of time so they let us check in early and get some of the hot breakfast. Shuttle to the airport was prompt, front desk attendant notified us the shuttle had arrived while we waited in the lobby. Bed & pillows were comfy
Disliked: A/C unit in our room was a bit finicky. Sometimes blew cold air sometimes not so much

Liked: The young woman working at the front desk and also the breakfast area was one of the most helpful individuals I have ever encountered. And the Mexican restaurant/bar in the hotel is excellent.

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms. Fairly quiet. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The eating and gathering area did not get cleaned between when people hung out in the evening and breakfast. Both tables and floor were quite dirty each morning. The breakfast was minimal.

Liked: The staff and their responiveness are exceptional. We stayed for two weeks and every issue we had was resolved expeditiously and professionally. Hotel employees and the manager are all wonderful in service and making sure that all you need is provided.
Disliked: I would like an exercise room and also the dryer did not dry my clothes after putting in $6. However, I am sure they can repair the dryer.
