Liked: The location was great. Would have preferred a little closer to the center of town.
Disliked: The man that was at the check in counter was rude. He was also rude to the lady after me. The exterior doors lock was broken so anyone could access the building.

Nice place to stay with...

Liked: The location is great for going to Arches NP. The facility was in good shape, and the breakfast area was clean, and the choices were good. The pool area was expellant, and very well kept. The room was spacious & clean.
Disliked: Had a problem with the TV remote not working after the TV came on. Went to front desk thinking it was a battery issue, but that didn't resolve the problem. Ended up unplugging the remote to get the TV to turn off. Morning clerk said they have had a run-on their TV remotes going bad. He would have a different remote for me when we returned. It worked for a while, but I ended up having to unplug it to turn it off also - frustrating.

Superb

Good and pet-friendly hotel with...

Liked: Everything was as expected, room was spacious and clean enough. A lot of restaurants, grocery store, brewery are just few steps from the hotel. Hotel is pet friendly, it was the most important reason for us to stay there.
Disliked: Everything was ok. The mosquito net and window looked old, but it's not a big deal for us.

Liked: everything was good-nice facility, friendly and helpful staff, nice choices for breakfast
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Our stay in Moab inspired...

Liked: Overall, very impressed with our "find" of Quality Suites Hotel. The price is reasonable, (or, more reasonable than other choices, lol) yet the quality of facility is very nice; the cleanliness superb, in every corner!, the pool warm ... The breakfast had many choices, including hot eggs, potatoes and sausages; with a staff member attending to refilling and cleaning as needed. The afternoon front desk gentleman dropped everything to RUN to our room, look at and replace a broken lamp in our room. It wasn't an emergency, but Kudos to him for getting it done.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was great, planned to go to Arches national park the next day. Rooms were very nice, clean. Breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast.
Disliked: Real eggs, not boiled clumps would be nice.
