Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: The swimming pool was out of commission, the carpets felt sticky and dirty, the towels were above the open toilet

Midland Stay

Liked: The location was excellent along with the front desk staff.
Disliked: The room needed some updates and water in the floor from the toilet.

Liked: Never got to eat, as I had to be at work before they started serving
Disliked: It fit my needs

Decent stay

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive. Location was good for our needs. Was able to easily walk to restaurants. Pillows were good. Overall felt safe and would stay again if needed to be in the area. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub.
Disliked: Hotel needs some overall maintenance and refreshing. Baseboards could use a good cleaning in our bathroom. Found the bed to be too hard.

Liked: The carpet in the room was very stained and looked dirty. The bed linens were cheap and felt itchy and the pillows were tiny throw pillow size... not even standard. Overall looked very worn out and dated.

Disorganized, ill prepared, and frustrating

Disliked: There was a bath towel soaking in the toilet. There was supposed to be an alarm clock in the room but it was missing. I requested a wake up call and no one called. The breakfast was rediculous. The “scrambled eggs” smelled horrible, there was no sugar for the coffee, no syrup for the waffles, and when I tried to find an attendant, I couldn’t but I could hear several ladies in a back room around the eating area that were being very loud and laughing.
