A pleasant surprise for comfort...
Liked: We liked the location of the property. It was easy to get to and a convenient location for our needs. The breakfast was amazing! There was a wide selection to choose from and some of the more expensive hotels do not even come close to the quality and variety of breakfast items served!

Liked: When choosing a place to stay, travelers often rely on ratings and reviews to guide their decisions. Recently, I opted for the Quality Inn based on its relatively favorable ratings, anticipating a comfortable and pleasant experience. My stay certainly had its positives, but it also highlighted several areas that could use some attention.First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. Upon entering my room, I was relieved to find it spotless, indicative of the staff's commitment to maintaining hygiene standards. A clean environment is crucial in the hospitality industry, and Quality Inn certainly delivers on this front. However, while the cleanliness was a significant positive aspect of my stay, it is essential to note that the furnishings seemed to reflect wear and tear that detracted from the overall experience. The decor appeared outdated, and some of the furniture showed evident signs of age, making the accommodations feel less inviting than they could be.Another area of concern was the condition of the hotel's amenities. For instance, during my stay, I noticed that the elevator had a broken tile, which not only looked unappealing but also posed a safety concern. Additionally, while it was reassuring to find that the hot water worked consistently and all appliances were functional, the existence of a wired phone in the room felt outdated, more reminiscent of a past era than a modern hotel experience. Such details may seem minor, but they contribute to the overall impression a guest takes away from their stay. One of the more perplexing aspects of my experience at the Quality Inn was the request for a credit card upon check-in, despite having already paid for my reservation online. This practice raised a red flag for me regarding potential hidden charges. Transparency is vital in customer relations, and such requests can leave guests feeling uneasy about what additional expenses might be incurred.

Liked: The room was wonderful, the water pressure and temperature was fantastic in the shower. The bed, pillows, room temperature was fantastic.
Disliked: The gaps around the rooms door was very distracting while trying to sleep. The elevator tile could use repair, slightly loose on the entrance.
