Helpful and friendly staff; room was amazing; could not have asked for a more comfortable stay. Will be staying again.

Liked: Perfect location for restaurants and shopping.

Great hotel, booking com....not so...

Liked: Everything about it. Rooms,service
Disliked: The fact that booking.com didn't give me a receipt. Not the problem of hotel but the problem of booking.com. and can't even find a contact email to ask about it..

A great place stay, beautifully...

Liked: I loved the decor of the room and the staff.
Disliked: Due to the renovations there wasn’t a restaurant or the ability to order in. There were no phones so if you required anything you could not call the staff. The towels weren’t as clean, hairs were found on them. There were no drinks or snacks available in the fridge.

good value, but construction diminished...

Disliked: • finding the hotel from the road was difficult due to burnt out or not-turned-on lighting on the Quality Suites sign• ongoing construction made access a little more cumbersome• no cafeteria / eating area
