It was a great property...

Liked: The property was clean and nicely arranged.
Disliked: The cooling unit never really cooled off the room.

Worse experience I've ever had.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Staff was rude and disrespectful. The policy said children under 18 are free. So I put 2 adults and 4 children under 10. They came to the room and told my daughter her children had to leave. She asked how much did she have to pay and we were told to check out. The bathroom was not clean, the tub had a ring. We left and went to a better hotel after we were assured our refund was processed.
