Disliked: The pool was closed and the website said that it was open. The pool been closed for 5years now and the continental breakfast was bad

Liked: the beds were super nice and comfortable . night shift staff was great
Disliked: the main reason we chose this hotel was because of the swimming pool for us and our granddaughter. the pool was closed was not listed anywhere stating this .The breakfast was horrible. one of the door locks that is used for entry was broke and the entry was not locked . day shift weekend lady was not pleasant

Disliked: Half the channels on the TV were not working.

Liked: I like the idea of a pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Swimming facilities were broken. No mention of this on the website or confirmation email. Also on last day was woke up and unable to return to sleep as many dogs were barking in the parking lot as the facility is a pet friendly one. The sofa was in poor condition including stains, tears, and unfit cushions. I asked for additional towels and and beds to be made and trash emptied. These were not completed. When i asked the next day why, i was told they were short staffed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Liked: The bed was good, but overall everything seems old and not clean enough, the room smell was really weird. I wouldn't recommend this place for a friend or family.
Disliked: The parking lot was packed, not clean enough, room was smelly.

Liked: Property looks like it’s going down hill on the inside, back door wasn’t locked and didn’t have or require key card access.

Liked: We were told our room would not be ready until 3:30. So we had no choice but to kill time by driving around to outlets as suggested by the front desk. We were also told where thw local movie theater was so if we want to kill time and see a movie. When we did check in much later our room’s bathroom had a strong urine smell. Also the curtains were filthy. When booking this room the pool and hot tub were the MAIN reason we chose this hotel. After checking in we saw their pool and hot tub was under construction!!! Within booking.com I knew this was a nonrefundable reservation and left me with no choice but to stay. I will definitely use another app for booking ANY traveling in the future.
