Needs a face-lift

Liked: Staff very friendly. Breakfast no frills, but warm, and several choices.
Disliked: The area was not nice. There appeared to be homeless people staying around there; changing clothes out in the courtyard. Also possible drug dealing. The motel had a weriod layout. You had to go inside to get to the second floor and there wasn't an elevator. The stairwells were dirty, run down looking, and smelly. In addition, the check in and breakfast building was not attached to the rest of the hotel. It was like a cross between and motel and a hotel (drive up parking for first floor, inside upstairs for second floor rooms). In general our room needed updating. The bathroom tub was peeling. The room was clean but rundown looking.

Liked: Good area. Friendly staff.
Disliked: A tad old building, needs more upgrades, and needs an elevator. Too many people who lives in the hotel rather than customers.

Liked: Room was clean, nothing fancy, this is a hotel for people with long stays or no home Most people that looked to be staying here was long term with animals (cats), smoking
Disliked: They said hot buffet breakfast and it was not. Note on buffet said shortage of eggs and then the next day there was no breakfast. I did ask about it and the desk person said it was choice hotels to make decisions on what it served and when or none at all
