Disliked: We paid $179 for the second night and room service was not provided in our room! I understand that this can happen, but for the price of the room I took the liberty of pointing this out to the front desk. In response, I was told that it was I who had given up room service when I ran into the cleaners in the corridors. I had in fact passed the cleaners who had said something to me in English-Spanish, which I didn't understand. But obviously I didn't ask them not to do the room. Knowing this, the hotel never made any commercial gesture or followed up my request!

Nice stay

Liked: The staff was great and had hard floors instead of carpet.
Disliked: The bed moved alot and made noise every time you move.
