A pleasant stay will make...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. Better than your average continental breakfast. The staff was very polite and friendly.
Disliked: It’s says that the hotel allows no smoking but every now and then I’d get a whiff of smoke in the hallway 😏. That’s my only complaint.

Liked: I am terribly disappointed that they offered shuttle service and there was no service: ask for refund and I had to raise hell for my money back. I will never reserve on booking again. I was a loyal customer for many years. Never again

Will never stay here and...

Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Room wasn't ready for a sofabed when it was booked asked for 4 person (2 kids + 2 adults). No pillows, blanket for the sofabed and the room was dirty. Breakfast included, but no water was provided. had to buy it. Really bad.
