Didn’t stay.
Disliked: We were double booked and received codes to 2 different rooms that already had other guest’s belongings in them. This made me feel very unsafe. They were unable to put us in a different room and we had to make other last minute accommodations. I have not received a refund as of yet or a reply to the follow up email I have sent the property.

Decent room for the price
Liked: Polite staff at desk
Disliked: Did not provide clean towels and soap for additional days. The TV would not leave one channel on day one.

Poor
Liked: Clean, good value, etc.
Disliked: Hopefully you don’t have any issues as it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Had an issue and reached out on Friday night and not a single person reached back out to me. No one in the office regularly, can’t reach anyone by phone, and so I emailed and no one reached back out. If you enjoy customer service and the ability to talk to someone if you have any issues-DON’T stay here!

Horrible property, horrible Management Company...
Liked: A cousin of the owner took pity on us and made up the room so we could get some rest.
Disliked: EVERYTHING. Room NOT made up when we arrived, which made me notice all the OTHER things that were wrong. NO ONE at the property to ask for help (office closed and locked) and no one answered the phone, initially. Fortunate that Lindsey (a "cousin" to the owner) saw me at the office door and offered to help. When I did finally reach someone at the Management office, they were completely uncompassionate or responsive to the error made at the property. Their solution was the check me out (of a NON-REFUNDABLE room) at ELEVEN-THIRTY at night!!! Where was I supposed to go?!?!? When asked what they would have done if Lindsey hadn't been there to make up our room (TOTALLY not her job but a godsend anyway) he said he would have dispatched someone out to the property, again, at ELEVEN-THRITY AT NIGHT. God only knows how long it would've taken THAT person to arrive, let alone get our room ready. ISSUES: steps leading up to our room are not set to the property rise/run so I tripped going up. Visible stains on the sheets, toilet paper holder broken off the wall, mold in the cracks around the molding in the shower, multiple broken tiles in the toilet area, light over sink would only blink on and off like it was bringing a plane in on a runway (had to leave the bathroom door open to wash my hands at the sink, which is not great if someone wants to use the toilet at the same time). Microwave buttons were so scratched it was hard to operate, Refrigerator would not refreeze our ice packs for our cooler. Coffee, but no coffee maker!!! One of the two beds had NO MATTRESS BUT A SECOND BOX SPRING!!!! Cable internet was stuck behind the credenza so we couldn't get the remote to work until we pulled it up and put it on top. Pool has plumbing ON TOP of the deck, causing trip hazards and NO LIGHTS for nighttime swimming. Deck chairs are longer than the deck, so they have to be placed at an angle, causing trip hazards if you walk either behind or in front of them.
