Pleasant

Liked: The room is big and spacious, beds are comfy and feel just right.
Disliked: We brought our dog along and there was a miscommunication about the pet fee and we ended up having to pay more than what was told to us by phone. We would have chosen another hotel if we know that this is the case.We found small spots of mold in the bathroom. The hotel staff was friendly and supportive enough to help us clean up and move to another room.

If your destination is whitewater...

Liked: Conveniently located near the whitewater outfitters and the Ocoee river
Disliked: Breakfast should have had a few more options, especially for proteins

Liked: One girl at the front desk was super nice and helpful!
Disliked: The carpet was disgusting. Needs to be torn up. Our first room smelled like mildew and we found out the next morning it was because the shower leaks and runs into the carpet. There were hairs in the bathroom. Bugs in the corners! When we swapped rooms the next morning, the room still had a bad smell but not quite as bad. The thing that got me was when I went to ask for another towel (cause there was only 1 in the room) the lady gave me the run around. She wanted me to bring her the only towel we did gave to swap them out. She told me the maids always double check and leave 3 towels. I never got another towel.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The air conditioning in the lobby was not working. The room was spacious but they had this stained chair in the room and the bar area was old a out dated. Also the bathroom could use an upgrade.

Disliked: The room was kind of dirty and had a gross smell when we walked in
