Disliked: The room was not clean, the covers were dirty, The property manager was annoyed, and not so pleasant. When checking in I asked to use the restroom she said her bathroom was out of order. The bathroom should always work for the guest. they have no elevators. The booking.com customer service helped me update my room to a 1st-floor room. But no one told me I had to pay extra I asked and called twice to ask, so when checking into my room the manager had to call booking.com customer service once again. And it took almost 2 hrs to get checked in after traveling all day i was very exhausted This WAS NOT a great experience from either party.

Liked: This hotel does not have elevator. My mom had to walk up the stairs with back problems and was offered to pay 20.00 more to be put on the 1st floor
