Very disappointing

Liked: Had parking for the bus. Was close to where I needed to stay.
Disliked: No pressure in shower, had to go to another location to get a good shower.TV did not work.Had to wait 45 minutes to have someone in the office to check in.Booking.com said 3 star-definitely was not

You get what you pay...

Liked: The location was perfect and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always ready hot and the dining area was clean and well stocked .
Disliked: The rooms smelled really bad , there was mildew on the comforter which is what the rooms smelled of . The kids were looking forward to the pool as advertised. The pool was unusable it was full of algae and smelled like a pond .

Liked: The beds. It was comfortable. The employees were nice and friendly
Disliked: The floors were not clean. I clean house's and business. They should be checked daily to make sure the rooms are still clean. The furniture was not dusted as well. Also the AC units had a mold smell too them. They need to be checked and cleaned as well.

Disliked: Reception Personal was not very nice.Breakfast was very poor.Pool was dirty and the barbecue place was a mess.

Liked: Breakfast was just okay. No fruit. Out of sausage and gravy by 8:30.
Disliked: No Kleenex in the room. Stayed two nights. Staff did not make the bed nor bring in clean wash clothes.
