Good

I wouldn't stay again.

Liked: Location was convenient to all Lancaster has to offer.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. Had to plug in lighting in bathroom and door kicked in.

Will stay again

Liked: Clean, convenient, comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast ok but very few choices. Only 1 choice of bread. TV internet kept going out or bugfering

Exceptional

Disliked: They tried charging me more then my original booking price. I guess in their minds take free money while you can ? When I brought it up to them they gave me a different price. But I was still charged for over 90.00 more. Nice my card company is there to help me and I had a receipt to show what the total cost should be.

Disliked: Breakfast was only waffles, toast, cereal and some overripe fruitSaw them clean several rooms and not once did I see them remove any dirty sheets.
