MOM of four, South Arkansas
I have stayed in Days Inn before and have enjoyed my stay, but this one made me feel very uncomfortable. When I first got there I noticed mildew on the glass doors and windows, and the smell at the front desk was like the smell of urine. So I checked the room before I brought my family in - one of the beds was broken so I ask to be moved. In the next room I got there was no coffee maker, no microwave, the refrigerator didn't work and the worst thing of all - roaches!! I asked to cancel and as I was waiting I was observing the pool and it had green slime. I didn't see a vending machines, and even if I was starving I still woundn't eat the complimentary continental breakfast. There is no restaurant in that nasty, unclean, very disappointing, uncomfortable place!!!

Liked: Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: I had to request to be moved to a new room because my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I also saw bugs along the wall, inside the fridge, and crawling on a lamp after I turned it on. so that was the second reason why I needed a new room. I was placed in the room next door to the very first room. It didn't smell like smoke, but it still had bugs. There was no hot water. It could only get luke warm after so many minutes. I had to sign a waiver beforehand about stains and damages, but my room was full of stains and damages. The white towels were dingy, and there were concerning white stains on the desk chair. The decorative bedding had greasy looking stains on it , but the sheets looked fairly clean. The lamp shade had scratched marks (only 2 of 3 lamps worked in both rooms), and the armchair was covered in dog hair. I knew it was a pet friendly place, but I happened to be allergic, so my allergies were triggered, and it didn't look to be cleaned at all. I couldn't use the toilet because as soon as I let up the lid, it started coming apart, and a piece fell into the toilet bowl. I called the front desk to let them know what happened, but no one actually came to fix it or even checked on it. It was pretty late, but I was still staying overnight. I skipped the breakfast since I saw a bug problem. I made sure to shake out all of my belongings before leaving to make sure no bugs were present and then asked that my room be inspected before I checked out to ensure that I'd get my deposit back. You get what you pay for, but this still was not worth what I endured! I could hardly sleep.

Decent for the deal I...
Liked: That we could check in at 2 am. Switched us to a different room when volume wouldn't go down on the TV in the first room.
Disliked: The cockroach in the room. The shower temperature not hot or even warm. Lobby had a strange smell. I booked a king size bed room and they down graded me to two queens in the first room and then a full and queen in the second room. The first room shower leaked. Not enough outlets to plug in all the lamps or our phones. Vacuum needs to be looked at, it makes a strange and very loud noise.

Initially I booked a smoking...
Liked: It's right behind a gas station which is convenient.
Disliked: Rooms are out dated and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Liked: The only thing about the property was the price , but lesson learned … you get ( in this case ) what you pay for . There is not really much I could say nice about this INN . I cancelled this stay 15 min in , I was told I would still be charged for the entire day and be refunded the rest of my stay but from the emails I received from booking.com the property hasn’t started the process . This place was a disservice to the name Quality INN . Even with pictures promptly taking back to the desk , the manager on duty was in some sort of disbelief as if they didn’t know the condition of the room and probably the hotel. This place is t worth your money of the trouble and I would avoid it until they take hotel management seriously! And hotel staff can you please send me the rest of my money back ! So to answer the question asked … I like seeing it in my rear view mirror as I left …
Disliked: Everything … there was nothing I liked about it , from check in to trying to make sure I didn’t carry any of their other tenants with me… this was a horrible experience.
