Disliked: The hotel location is OK. However the hotel it's extremely dirty from the hallway to the inside of the hotel. The rims of the towels, sinks and showers are disgusting. The staff is hospitality overall not bad. The so called continental breakfast horri

Liked: This hotel should not be available for rental, it is not a hotel meant for vacationers or business people but a place for homeless people
Disliked: The room smelled strongly of urine, after laying in the bed for 10 minutes my daughter's hair was impregnated with the odour of heavy cleaners. the bedsheets appeared to not have been changed. We left and did not spend the night in the room.

Disliked: Mold in washroom and around doorway

Liked: The room was updated and modern. The location was excellent for our local plans.
Disliked: Lighting is bad.The lighting in the vanity area is ATROCIOUS! There is a fancy schmancy lighted mirror - but that is the only lighting at the vanity - and it doesn't adjust so it is so dark you can barely see to brush your teeth - let alone apply makeup.

Liked: It was downstairs
Disliked: It was extremely dirty they didn't want to answer the phone I didn't get maid service after I requested it the breakfast was only 2 hours long started at 6:00 in the morning at least that's what I was told

Disliked: Staff,rooms,grounds,so called free breakfast..everything was empty..at 7 am!!! Vending machines out of order, ice machine broke, cigg butts cover the grounds like it rained, handicap room was horrendous!! Wouldn't change our room, or refund money..

Liked: The staff was kind and helpful at check in.
Disliked: The hotel had mold everywhere, the sheets were not clean. There wasn't even a curtain on the shower. The floors and bathroom were visibly dirty. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
