Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unsafe...

Liked: The front desk person was pleasant.
Disliked: I recently booked a stay at the Quality Inn in Falconer and was forced to leave immediately due to the deplorable condition of the property. The lobby and common areas were unclean, and my room had a strong odor of mildew and urine, with stained bedding and torn curtains. Even more concerning, there was no staff available at the front desk because of an active police incident on-site. It became clear that the hotel is being used for long-term housing without maintaining basic cleanliness or safety standards for guests. I relocated my family to another hotel and have requested a full refund. I do not recommend this property under its current management.

Disliked: Homeless person unfortunately causing issues in front of the Inn. Everything smelled like musty smoke, nicotine. We booked another hotel because it was so bad at the Quality Inn. We didn’t stay and did not get a refund!!

Liked: It was close proximity to my family.
Disliked: It was NOT at all as advertised. The exterior of the property was littered with garbage. My room was not serviced my entire stay. The facility was primarily a drop off for social services clientele. I found it very intimidating and concerning for my safety as I was traveling solo. The continental breakfast was very disappointing offering granola bars and water. The waffle bar was not always functional. The redeeming quality was the staff was generally friendly and helpful.

Liked: The hotel was near the wedding venue. The ladies at the front desk were able to get us checked in early so we could be at the wedding that was at 3:00.
Disliked: However, we did not stay the night. It seems as though families were living there. We could see garbage in room window and piled up boxes in the back next to the building. Our room looked old. The sliding doors were broke and very dirty. The toilet would not flush the paper down. I feel the reviews must have been old and were inaccurate. There was no patio!
