Liked: It was a nice quiet room, big and comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room

Liked: Clean room, outside access and friendly staff. Located close to freeway
Disliked: The "Free" breakfast consisted of a brown bag, of an apple and a frozen egg, cheese, piece of meat. Bottle of water and a Granola bar. Very cheap quality compared to what we paid for the room

Liked: Coffee maker in room.
Disliked: People probably living there long term. Large trailer took up 4 valuable parking spaces so not convenient to use patio door. Key didn't work in side door and had to use main entrance. Lotion bottle was used and ice bucket lid was dirty

Disliked: First impression looks like a dump. All the garbages outside were full, the biggest bbq going on outside which was sine but the co music wasn’t appreciate and no one was at the counter when we went in for over 10 mins. Lobby smelt like weed and looks gross. We rang the phone like the sign said and no one answers in till the 3 time come to find out the worker was one of the people at the bbq. We asked for a king bed and ended up with 2 queen beds. The room smelt bad and the floors felt wet. There was a dirty sock on the floor and stains on the sheets.

Last resort in Jamestown

Disliked: First room hadn't been cleaned. Moved to another room. Towels and sheets were clean but stained, bath spout coming out of the wall. Outdated, yucky.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unsafe...

Liked: The front desk person was pleasant.
Disliked: I recently booked a stay at the Quality Inn in Falconer and was forced to leave immediately due to the deplorable condition of the property. The lobby and common areas were unclean, and my room had a strong odor of mildew and urine, with stained bedding and torn curtains. Even more concerning, there was no staff available at the front desk because of an active police incident on-site. It became clear that the hotel is being used for long-term housing without maintaining basic cleanliness or safety standards for guests. I relocated my family to another hotel and have requested a full refund. I do not recommend this property under its current management.
