Disliked: When we arrived in the evening, the inside smelled of smoke, including our room which had an open window, I guess to let it air out.Our shower did not work properly, there was no bathroom fan, and no hair dryer. Although we encountered many other people in the hotel, they were not guests such as ourselves, but homeless individuals staying at the hotel. The breakfast was advertised as ‘hot,’ but the only hot item was waffles. I was expecting eggs and sausage or gravy, which is typically offered for hot breakfast options.

this made everyone turn heads...

Liked: the main issue was the receptionist....he was farting right in front of all the customers.
Disliked: Receptionists poor work ethic
