Liked: Staff is terrible, harassed us the whole time. The hot tub room was alright for what it was. You just couldn’t enjoy it even if you wanted too due to staff.
Disliked: Staff harassed us the whole time. Up until we called the sheriffs and still wasn’t able to get refunded.

Liked: Very quiet and comfortable. Located where you can walk to different restaurants.

Clean and convenient.

Liked: Room and hallways were clean.
Disliked: 1) Breakfast options limited and could be improved. Juice machine did not work, or attendant forgot to turn it on. 2) Toilet was small and low. Very hard for seniors to use. 3) We used booking.com and reserved a king suite, but were given a room with two smaller beds. Even though we had a printout showing our room selection, the reservationist claimed booking.com had us in a smaller room. Don't know who was at fault in that situation. We went with the smaller room because we already had our luggage in it when we noticed the lack of a king bed.
