Overall the room was nice........

Liked: Location was OK..... Easy to find.... Plenty of nice restaurants nearby.....
Disliked: Alarm clock by bed was not working..... The refrigerator froze my drinks.... We were there 4 nights and the first three nights they put someone in room beside me and woke me up with loud noises and early in morning blaring loud TV and lots of banging sounds..... Wish they would have put them in other room a little ways from my room.....

COMPLETE BUMMER - MANAGER IS...

Liked: Did not complete check in as the room requested and promised was not available to me as I was traveling with a pet (which I had disclosed in advance). The front desk clerk was fine - helpful and apologetic.
Disliked: The manager was rude, unhelpful and insulting to both me and the front desk clerk. He refused to come to the front desk to discuss the issues involved and instead engaged in a completely uncivil rant via telephone from his own room (not the office). Interestingly, the front desk clerk (a completely lovely person) had placed the call on speakerphone, so several other parties in line to check in heard his diatribe and were both sympathetic and amused he would talk at me as he did. Found alternative accommodations nearby and enjoyed our stay there - will never return to this location.

IF you need to sleep...

Liked: The staff was great and very helpful, very friendly. I requested a room facing the street and on the first floor and they accommodated well.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit did not work to cool the room well, the place was outdated and had a funky smell and very humid in the rooms like the door gets left open when first walking in.
