Liked: The front office lady was nice and accommodating. The front office and entrance was clean and neat.
Disliked: There is dirt on the walls of the room.

Nice hotel for a few...

Liked: Traveling to see a relative for a few days and didn't want to pay the rates for the hotels in Wesley Chapel, so we took a chance on this Quality Inn. We were pleasantly surprises at the size and comfort of the room, as well as the cleanliness. The location is great as it's right on the main drag, close to restaurants and retail. The only issues we encountered were the non-working elevator and the banister on the main stairwell. We found out later in the stay that the elevators were flooded during a previous storm and were awaiting repair. Therefore, we had to use the staircase to get to the second floor. The banister (railing) was quite sticky and I wish the hotel had spent some effort to remove whatever was causing the stickiness. Other than those two items, we were quite pleased with everything else.

Liked: Very nice staff. Room could have used a little more attention. Nail clippings on bathroom vanities. Breakfast was good. Room had a make over so it looked nice.

Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, it was like they forget to sweep and mop the floors and the smell was not the greatest.
