Quality Inn Windsor Mill

Read the bad section. From a customer service perspective, one would think they would have offered a discount or free room (I did not ask for one).

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Broken furniture; ants everywhere; smoke alarm hanging by wires; card key failed to work; TV issues.

Liked: Had a wonderful stay and issues were handled efficiently.

Liked: The person at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was clean

Liked: Location, price
Disliked: Not being able to take breakfast food to room. Even though there may be a logical reason it just seems inconvenience for people who might have children. Meaning you have to wake them up if sleep so they can have breakfast.

Liked: Our room was neat and clean. We enjoyed meeting local people at the restaurant/bar. Dancing was fun!!

Liked: The location was convenient. However, not that we know there is another hotel (better quality for just $5 extra) on the other side of the parking lot, we will book that other hotel from now on.
Disliked: Front desk receptionist was rude, she had the worse attitude as if she is not paid to work there or simply do not want to be there. People like her should not be allowed to represent a company or be placed at front desk where they are expected to greet

Convenient

Liked: Near the highway . Easy to find .
Disliked: Staff are not present in the counter if you need them

Liked: This hotel is a JOKE!
Disliked: The pictures online are out of date. There is no pool at this location. Me and my bf saw a mouse run from the side door into the breakfast area while we were eating our food. I will never stay here again
