Quality Inn Windsor Mill

Read the bad section. From a customer service perspective, one would think they would have offered a discount or free room (I did not ask for one).

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Broken furniture; ants everywhere; smoke alarm hanging by wires; card key failed to work; TV issues.

Disliked: The room needed to be sprayed in saw bugs also the walls had all kinds of marks the beds were clean I checked.

Liked: Not a breakfast person from what u ate though was ok. Would have liked a more variety of bagels in stead of just blueberry and plain. More variety of a healthier breakfast like yogurt more fruit cottage cheese
Disliked: Bed a little uncomfortable pillows were super small. Need a microwave in the rooms.

Disliked: The room was dirty and had a bad smell. The paint was chipping off the walls and the furniture had mildew.
