Read the bad section. From a customer service perspective, one would think they would have offered a discount or free room (I did not ask for one).

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Broken furniture; ants everywhere; smoke alarm hanging by wires; card key failed to work; TV issues.

Good

Liked: It’s right off the highway
Disliked: It smells like cigarettes

Add more hot food choices...

Liked: Shanay is amazing. She is so nice. She cares about her guests. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately on my last stay the TV wasn’t working and had a “no signal” on pretty much every channel I tried to watch.
Disliked: For the price of one night the breakfast should have more hot food choices. If the hours of breakfast are 6-9 and 7-10 and the breakfast doesn’t start until later, breakfast should be extended.

The rooms are very clean....

Liked: The staff was so friendly. Shanay is such an awesome person. She is so nice and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast should have more hot food choices for the price of one night. Since the hotel has a bar that draws in a large crowd and loud music, there should be security there.

Passable

Liked: It’s a convenient location.
Disliked: Thin walls, I could hear a couple arguing through the walls. It broke my sleep.

Exceptional

Strong possibility I would not...

Liked: Parking
Disliked: The service was poor. No cleaning service, I had to ask the front desk if I could get service for clean bath towels and wash clothes. The bed linens and pillows were smelling dirty. I was visiting family, so I was away from the hotel for periods of time. When I would get back to the hotel the same day/night, I had to go to the front desk each time because my key card would not work on the door. I asked why each time I come back to my room it would not work, I was told either they did not know or the key card was too close to my cell phone. I have stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and remember service and stay being much better. Strong possibility I would not stay again.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. Both rooms beds wasn't changed also no housekeeping service was provided
Disliked: Nothing wish I could have gotten my money back
