an unwelcoming and disrespectful environment...

Liked: this hotel is close to my middle sister’s gravesite, so it’s convenient to visit her.
Disliked: my little sister and i stayed together in a double with her 3yo and 3day old children, we were questioning on if we had a pet upon arrival after check in, which felt discriminatory. we didnt make it in until 2am+ so were very tired at 9am when housekeeping aggressively knocked. i answered and asked for an extra towel, because toddler baths can get wet. i was almost refused because i didn’t have a used towel to exchange yet. the tv didn’t work. the comforter had burn holes in it. this was our second and last time staying on this property.

Liked: the staff would not give me a refund!!! i was supposed to stay two nights and the first night i got there and got on the second floor to go to my room the smell of weed slapped me in the face. i had two small children with me and it gave me a head change and headache so i know it did the same to them! i asked for a refund for the second night and they would not give me one

My time was very enjoyable....

Liked: Booking was easy and rates were within reason. Rooms and facilities kept clean. Quiet and comfy

Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

Liked: It was right off the road.
Disliked: There was hair on the sides of the tub and the manager was on the phone for the first 15 minutes while we waited to check in. Online showed several non smoking kings available they said there was none and offered a 2 queen bed nonsmoking. A week later our stuff still reeks of smoke and the beds were doubles not queen. There was no air in lobby so very uncomfortable while we waited.
