Passable

Liked: The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early.
Disliked: The bed was on a metal platform and was very uncomfortable; It was very noisy. The pillows were thin and there were only 4 on the bed. We asked for extra pillows around 2 before we left for lunch and was told some would be brought to us. When we got back from lunch, there were no extra pillows brought to our room. We called for more and we were told there were none which was strange since we were told previously some would be brought to us. Neither my husband and I slept well and we might as well have just driven home the 2 hours instead of tossing and turning all night.

Nice clean place, not far...

Liked: The breakfast was good and kept well supplied by Robbie, the day shift front desk employee who did so while juggling customers at the desk. He did his job well and kept on top of everything
Disliked: The only thing that partially ruined my stay was during my third and final night some inconsiderate jerks were smoking marijuana below my room and the stench came through to my room and stunk it up....which was not the fault of the hotel.

I was comfortable and liked...

Liked: Clean. Updated. Availability at last minute, since my original hotel canceled my booking even though we called to keep it. Our flight was delayed and weren’t able to make first night.
Disliked: Too few towels and toiletries. Towels were kind of small too. Bed squeaked.

Overall I have used Quality...

Liked: The room was clean and satisfactory to our needs. We were just taking a quick one-day trip overnight so it suited our purpose.
Disliked: The really annoying thing that I thought wasn't a big deal, at first, were the base of the beds. Me and my family were trying not to bump into it because it makes a loud sound, but evidently it kept getting bumped into especially in the middle of the night AND I could hear it from nearby rooms. I could also her talking through the walls in the other rooms and it always seemed like there was someone walking or talking in the hallway in the middle of the night. I get we were on the first floor, but between 12am and 2am I'm trying to sleep.

Exceptional

Comfortable and clean

Liked: Property was very clean as well as rooms and conmen area of hotel
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like is there is a sign that clearly states no smoking of any kind and yet I walk out my room on bottom floor and the smell of marijuana hit me straight in the face it’s ridiculous. It’s annoying that literally it’s on the bottom floor how can the front desk not smell that at all. The hotel is not huge so I believe if gonna post about it then it should be held accountable for.
